ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
10 slices fresh bread, broken in pieces 1 c. melted butter (2 sticks) 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. sugar 1 c. milk Mix ingredients in a casserole dish. Stir and add 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice. Stir to blend. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Can be eaten hot or cold. Whip cream optional. Gulf Breeze, FL |
