BASE INGREDIENTS:

1 box devils food cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of 9"x13"x2" pan. Mix all ingredients and beat at medium speed until well blended. Spread into pan and bake for 20 minutes. (Do not overbake.) Cool.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (5 1/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 oz. milk chocolate, grated

In small bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar at low speed until crumbly; set aside.

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, Cool Whip and pudding. Beat for 2 minutes at low speed. Pour half of mixture over bake and sprinkle with half of peanut butter mixture, repeat. Garnish with grated chocolate and peanuts.
