CHOCOLATE VENETIAN BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. chocolate bits
1/2 c. nuts
3 c. sliced apples

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, nuts and chocolate bits to sifted flour mixture - fold in apples. Put into 2 small loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from pans immediately.
