CHILI PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Mix first five ingredients and shape into small balls; brown in butter. Mix last four ingredients together in large saucepan and add meatballs. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
