BEAN SOUP | |
3 qts. water 1 lb. dried navy beans 1 lb. ham, cubed or ham hocks 2 stalks chopped celery 2 carrots, sliced 1 onion, diced 8 oz. can tomato sauce or 1 can tomato soup Put ingredients in a 6 quart round roaster. Do not uncover. Bake 4 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. |
