COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix sugar, Jello and hot water until dissolved. Refrigerate until set. Beat with mixer and beat in pineapple and cottage cheese. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate until set. Use Jello mold or bowl. Serves 8.
