FROZEN YUM YUM 
2/3 c. butter (do not use butter)
2 c. powdered sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 squares melted chocolate
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 well-beaten egg whites
Graham cracker crumbs
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add egg yolks, melted chocolate, salt, vanilla and nuts. Fold in egg whites. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Pat graham cracker crumbs on bottom. Pour in the filling and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer and spread the vanilla ice cream over top. Sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs on top and return to freezer.
