CREAM CHEESE CHOCOLATE CHIP
CUPCAKES
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Fill baking cups 1/3 full of chocolate batter.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen cupcakes.
