STRAWBERRY DESSERT | |
1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels (not too finely crushed) 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter Combine crust. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. LAYER 2: 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip, divided Blend cream cheese with sugar. Blend in 2/3 of the Cool Whip. Spread over crust. LAYER 3: 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries Dissolve Jello in water. Stir frozen strawberries into hot Jello. It will cool and thicken. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Top with leftover 1/3 carton of Cool Whip. |
