SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 qts. fresh squash
2 slices light bread, made into crumbs
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Butter Buds powder
2 c. cheese, Mozzarella and Cheddar low fat

Cook squash and drain. Add milk, Butter Buds, pepper, onion, bread crumbs and salt; mix well. Add one cup of the cheese and stir well. Put into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with remaining cup of cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
