4 c. sliced apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix together apples, sugar, and oil. Add eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9x13 inch pan. Top with cinnamon and sugar while warm.
