PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
3 tbsp. dark molasses
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. finely chopped nut meats; optional
1 c. raisins; optional
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can pumpkin (2 cups) or 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked or baked fresh pumpkin

Sift dry ingredients together. Add nuts and raisins. Cream sugar, eggs, oil, and water; mix well. Fold in pumpkin and dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Fill half full. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
