INDIVIDUAL CRANBERRY PUMPKIN
BREADS
 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients and stir to blend. Stir in remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into 8 greased and floured miniature loaf pans. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm to the touch.
