FUDGE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sift into large bowl the sugar and flour. In a saucepan, bring to a boil the butter, water and cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar mixture and stir well. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into a well greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 37 minutes or until done.

FROSTING FOR FUDGE SHEET CAKE
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 lb. box (sifted) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Melt together and bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients. Remove from heat and add the last 3 ingredients. Spread on cake, while cake is still warm.
