RHUBARB NO-CRUST PIE | |
CRUST: 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. flour 2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix 4 cups cut up rhubarb and 3/4 cup sugar together and put in 9"x13" greased and floured pan. Then mix together above ingredients for the crust on top. Spread over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
