BLUEBERRY ICE CREAM 
3 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 c. Half and Half cream

Combine berries, sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil; cook, stirring 5 minutes. In blender puree in batches until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, refrigerate until completely cold. Stir in creams. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions. Makes 6 cups.

This recipe is the best!! My husband and I LOVE blueberry ice cream and you can't find it in the grocery store at all. Course who would want store bought after tasting this recipe! I made it for a church ice cream social and I took home an empty bowl :) It is quick to make and easy ingredients which makes it even better! I did double the recipe and next time plan to triple the recipe. Thanks for sharing!
