BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 qt. fresh blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
Baked pie shell
Whipped cream or ice cream

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt; add water and 1 cup blueberries. Cook and stir until thick. Add butter and the rest of the berries. Cool and pour into pie shell. Top with cream.
