CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts, boned and halved
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can water
3 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. oregano

Mix together flour, Accent and salt. Coat chicken. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides. In saucepan, stir together over low heat, orange juice, water, brown sugar, nutmeg and oregano. Bring to a boil.

Pour sauce over chicken. Simmer covered, turning several times, about 1 hour or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Serve over rice.
