BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 (13 1/4 oz.) bottle reduce calorie catsup
Vegetable cooking spray
8 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves

Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.

Coat a grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals. Place chicken, bone side up, on rack; cook 10 minutes. Turn chicken over; baste with catsup mixture. Cook an additional 40 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting every 5 minutes.
