CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER CANDY | |
2 c. graham crackers, crushed 2 c. coconut 1 c. nuts 4 sticks butter, melted 2 boxes powdered sugar 1 c. peanut butter 16 oz. chocolate 1 cake paraffin Mix crackers, coconut, sugar and nuts together then put peanut butter in the mixture. Add melted butter a little at a time. Mix well. Form into balls and refrigerate while you fix chocolate for coating. Put in top of double boiler, melt 16 ounces chocolate squares and 1 cake of paraffin. Remove balls from refrigerator and drop into chocolate and coat, then place on wax paper until cool. |
