MEAL IN ONE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. can shoestring potatoes
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked or 2 cans mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Reserve 1/2 can of shoestring potatoes for top. Mix all other ingredients in a 3 quart dish; top with reserved potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
