BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak or stew meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. beef bouillon
1 sm. bay leaf
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. noodles, cooked

Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Season with salt, garlic salt, paprika and pepper. Brown in melted butter over high heat (allowing it to burn a little will enhance the flavor).

Reduce heat and add onion; brown. Add mushrooms and brown a few minutes. Add bouillon, bay leaf, and Worcestershire. Simmer until tender (may also use pressure cooker).

Add sour cream and mix well. Serve over hot noodles. May substitute rice if desired. Serves 6 (or 4 with big appetites).
