HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chow mein noodles
1/2 onion, finely minced
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown ground beef lightly. Add onion and celery; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine soups with mushrooms and add to meat mixture. Put into casserole and top with chow mein noodles. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
