MINI GERMAN CHOCOLATE BANANA
LOAVES
 
2 ripe bananas, sliced (3/4 c.)
1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. plain German chocolate mix
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with mixer (30 seconds). Add cake mix, milk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Blend on low for 1 minute, scrape down sides of bowl and beat 2 minutes on medium. Add chocolate chips. Pour into 6 (6-inch) loaf pans that have been sprayed and floured.

Bake at 350°F until cake springs back when lightly touched, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn out and let cool. Ice with powdered sugar and milk.
