SQUASH PIE 
1 1/2 c. yellow squash
1 c. milk
2 lg. eggs
2/3 c. sugar (white or brown)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
Sprinkle of ginger
1 (8 inch) unbaked pie crust

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Put into an unbaked 8 inch pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes more, until done.
