SQUASH PIE 
1 c. cooked butternut squash
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Mix all together in blender. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake 350 degrees until set or when knife inserted comes out clean. About 35 to 45 minutes.
