ST. LOUIS ART MUSEUM CHESS PIE 
3 whole eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. corn meal
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vinegar

Cream sugar and butter and add beaten eggs and milk. Stir in corn meal, vanilla and vinegar. Pour in unbaked crust, bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
