2 heads lettuce
5 lg. carrots
2 pkgs. frozen peas
1 lg. red onion
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. sour cream
Garlic salt
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix together shredded lettuce, grated carrots. Cook frozen peas and cool. Cut onion into rings. Arrange the above in layers. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic salt and spread on the top of above. Sprinkle the sugar over the top. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 12 hours.
