BISCOTTI 
6 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Flour
Baking powder

Beat eggs. Heat Crisco and oil, add to milk, sugar, vanilla, salt; beat until creamy, then add flour until dough is soft enough to handle, to each cup of flour, add 1 teaspoon baking powder (about 5 cups). Roll out on floured board into shapes desired. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, ice with your favorite icing.
