MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 jar tomato spaghetti sauce (basil)
garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano to taste

Brown hamburger, onion, add spices to taste. Drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer.

Stuffing for Manicotti Noodles:

1 box manicotti noodles
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach

Boil noodles and drain. Thaw spinach and drain. combine ricotta cheese, eggs, spinach and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Stuff each shell with mixture. Spray pan with non stick spray. Arrange in pan. Pour sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
