QUICK AND EASY CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can red kidney beans
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 lg. jar Ortega taco sauce (med. or hot, depending on your preference)

In large, heavy saucepan, brown ground beef. Chop onion and pepper and add to ground beef as it browns. Without draining, add taco sauce to beef mixture. Simmer at low heat, add kidney beans and continue simmering until ready to serve. Great topped with shredded Cheddar cheese. Serve with Italian or French bread.
