QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie crust
1 lb. mild sausage
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. canned milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Brown sausage in skillet. Remove and drain. In drippings, saute onions and bell pepper until well done.

Meanwhile mix grated cheese with seasonings and flour. Cover the bottom of raw pie crust with the cheese mixture.

Combine the sausage with the sauteed bell pepper and onion. Spread the meat mixture over the cheese. Bat eggs slightly, add canned milk and stir well. Pour over ingredients in pie shell. Cook at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
