SAUSAGE AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 deep pie shell, baked
1/2 lb. sausage, browned
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk (12 oz.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread sausage, mushrooms and cheese on baked pie shell. Pour egg and evaporated milk mixture over slowly. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until brown on top. (Place quiche on a cookie sheet when baking).
