CRUNCHY CHEESERONI | |
2 c. uncooked macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomato soup or tomatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 med. green pepper, diced 1/4 c. chopped pimiento (opt.) 2 c. cheddar cheese or Velveeta cheese 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions Cook macaroni and drain. Brown meat, add soups, green pepper, pimiento and macaroni. Place 1/2 of mixture in a casserole, 1/2 of cheese and onions, then remaining mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle onions on top and bake for 5 minutes more. Serves 6. |
