CARAMEL POPCORN 
20 c. popped popcorn
1 stick melted butter
1/3 c. Karo syrup
1 c. brown sugar

Mix melted butter, Karo syrup and brown sugar. Put in microwave until it boils. Let boil for two more minutes. Pour over popped popcorn (in brown bag). Shake well and put into microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Take out and shake well. Turn bag over and put back into microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Take out and spread on cookie sheets until it cools.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
