TACO SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1 head of lettuce
1 bag Doritos, crushed
1 avocado
1 onion
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 or 4 tomatoes
1 lb. ground meat, cooked and drained
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 bottle French dressing

Brown meat and pour off grease. Add a little hot sauce and beans. Mix all other cold ingredients together and pour meat and bean mixture on top of cold ingredients. Add Dorito chips and toss with dressing. Serve with hot rolls.
