CROCK POT RICE 
3/4 c. dry rice (not instant)
1 qt. milk (2% or whole)
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Boil rice for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain. Rinse rice with clear water. Drain. Combine rice and milk in crock pot. Put on high for about 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally. Whip egg, sugar and vanilla. Fold in with rice. Then add butter on the top and cover for at least 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
