ZUCCHINI SOUFFLE 
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. grated zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. melted butter
Parsley

Mix in order. Pour into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
