PUMPKIN PIE 
1 carton Fleischman's egg beaters or 8 egg whites
1 lg. can pumpkin (I use a little more pumpkin than this)
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 can skim Carnation plus 1 c. skim milk

Heat this with butter. Beat egg substitute, pumpkin, sugars, salt and spices together. Add warmed milk and butter mixture; mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
