FISH CHOWDER 
1/2 c. cooked crisp bacon, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 c. potatoes, pared & diced
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped, cooked fish (boil whole in water)
1 c. fish broth (water from boiled fish)
2 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 can creamed corn
10 shakes celery salt

Saute onions in a large kettle in butter until soft. Add potatoes, milk, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients, except fish. Thicken with flour and water. Add fish and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.
