FRENCH MAPLE WALNUT ICE CREAM 
2 eggs, room temperature
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 box instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
1 tbsp. maple extract
1/2 - 1 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs in mixer until fluffy. Add all remaining ingredients, except walnuts. Continue beating until all ingredients dissolve. Pour into home freezer and process. Add walnuts before mixture becomes hard.
