CHICKEN PARMESAN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
3 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs whipped in bowl
3 c. olive oil
6 round slices Provolone cheese
4 c. Prego Spaghetti Sauce
1 brown bag
1 roasting pan
1 fry pan

Take chicken breast, dip in egg batter then shake in bread crumbs until coated. Then pour olive oil in fry pan and heat at medium. Fry chicken breast until golden brown. Do this to each piece of chicken then get out roasting pan and lay chicken spaced 1/2 inch apart and place 1 slice of Provolone cheese on each breast. Put in oven on 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Pour sauce over top and bake 40 minutes.
