PUMPKIN STUFF 
2 cans pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
3 c. evaporated milk (2 cans)
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Blend together pumpkin, eggs, sugar, spices and evaporated milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cake mix, melted butter and nuts. Loosely cover with foil for first 40 minutes of baking time. Then remove foil and bake additional 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
