COMPANY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. catsup
Salt to taste
1 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 med. onion
5 oz. elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown beef until it loses red color. Add tomatoes, catsup and steak sauce. Add salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes. While cooking above, cook macaroni as directions of box. Then add macaroni, soup and mix lightly with beef. Pour mixture in pan and add grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
