FRESH FRUIT CRUNCH 
1 c. flour, sifted
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

FRUIT:

4 c. diced rhubarb, apple, cherry, blueberries, etc.

1. Mix crunch crust until crumbly. Press 1/2 the crumbs in a greased 9 inch square pan.

2. Add the fresh fruit.

3. Mix syrup and cook until thick and clear.

4. Pour over fruit.

5. Top with remaining crumbs.
