2/3 c. sweet potatoes (well drained)
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. nuts, chopped
4 tbsp. raisins

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and pureed sweet potatoes. Add dry ingredients with milk and chopped nuts and raisins, mixing just until blended. Do not over mix.
