1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
48 chocolate kisses
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all above ingredients (except kisses). Shape into 1 inch ball. Roll balls in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with kiss, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks on edge. Remove from cookie sheet.
