1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
12 c. torn romaine lettuce
2 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, toasted

Combine dressing in a jar and shake.

Combine rest of ingredients and toss with dressing.
