RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts (bone in)
2 rolls or 8 oz. box Ritz crackers, firmly crushed
1 stick melted butter

Dip chicken in butter. Roll in Ritz cracker crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet or oblong baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 225°F for 2 hours. This is ideal to bake while at church.
