POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
1/4 c. French dressing
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 onion
Celery seed
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Mustard
Vinegar

Potato es have better flavor if cooked in skins. Cut up potatoes. Marinate in French dressing 1 hour. Add onion, celery seed and 2 eggs. Add mayonnaise with mustard to flavor and a little vinegar to thin. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with 1 hard cooked egg.
